The Paymaster General (Lord Belstead) rose to move that the draft order laid before the House on 19th February be approved.

The noble Lord said: My Lords, the draft order has been considered by the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills, which has agreed that it is a pure consolidation instrument without change in the law. I beg to move.
