10 In the Title, line 28, after ("ships;") insert ("to make provision for a scheme for the registration, identification and control of dogs;")

The Commons disagreed to the above amendment but proposed the following amendment in lieu—

10A Line 28, after `ships;' insert 'to make provision for and in connection with the identification and control of dogs;'

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do not insist on their Amendment No. 10 to which the Commons have disagreed and do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 10A in lieu thereof.
