'(3) At the end of subsection (3) there shall be inserted the words "provided that no restriction order shall be made in respect of premises in respect of which no complaint has been made".'.
§ Lord StrathclydeMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 154 and 155. These amendments provide that any restriction order must apply only to licensed premises in respect of which a complaint has been made.
