My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 235. In moving this amendment, I wish to speak also to Amendment No. 264. These amendments have been tabled in response to views clearly expressed here and in another place that the right to charge a fee for preparing writs relating to moveable estate should he reserved to solicitors as it is at present.
