§ Lord Fraser of CarmyllieMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 181. This is a simple amendment which is consequential on previous decisions of this House that grants payable by the Secretary of State to the Scottish Conveyancing and Executry Services Board could be made subject to terms and conditions which included repayment.
