180 Clause 62, page 70, line 22, at end insert: `() the remuneration of temporary judges appointed under section 28(3) of this Act;'.

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 180. This is essentially a technical amendment which provides that the remuneration of temporary judges appointed under the provisions of Clause 28(3) shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament.
