§ Lord Fraser of CarmyllieMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 59.
This is essentially a technical amendment to delete what is considered to be an unnecessary reference to the Books of Council and Session following discussion with the Keeper of the Registers as foreshadowed by me during the Report stage of the Bill in this House.
