§ Lord Fraser of CarmyllieMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 42. The amendment ensures that any reference in Part I of the Bill to the institution of proceedings in any court or order of a court in relation to an unincorporated body refers to persons concerned in the management and control of the body.
