§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 187 and 188. I speak also to Amendment No. 271. These are minor alterations and repeals. Amendments Nos. 187 and 271 provide for the formal repeal of existing legislation which is no longer required. Amendment No. 188 removes the privilege amendment.
