My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to repeal the Vagrancy Act 1824, except for the provisions of that Act relating to insulting behaviour towards females; to repeal the Vagrancy Act 1935; and for connected purposes. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
