My Lords, my noble friend Lord Hesketh will, with the leave of the House, be repeating the Autumn Statement at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. I think that it would probably be for the convenience of the House if this should be done after the speech of the noble Lord, Lord Harris of Greenwich, and before the speech of the noble Lord, Lord Allen of Abbeydale.
