HL Deb 29 March 1990 vol 517 cc1033-4

7.17 p.m.

Lord Denham

My Lords, further to my business statement earlier today, it may be for the convenience of the House, in view of the progress on today's business, if I announce that it has been agreed through the usual channels that, with the leave of the House, we should proceed immediately with the orders which were due to be taken during the dinner break and then go straight on to resume the Committee stage of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Bill, with the proviso that we will not start that Bill before 7.30 p.m.
