My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. this afternoon, my noble friend Lord Strathclyde will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on training credits.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Transport (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 and the Industrial Training (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 will be taken.
