§ The noble Lord said: My Lords, the Bill was considered in detail by a Select Committee of the House last June. The amendments comprise adjustments to the definition of statutory undertakers and would help the Great Yarmouth Port Users' Association. In general terms they are very helpful amendments. I beg to move.
