Lord Bruce of DoningtonMy Lords, since the Report stage at which matters relating to accounts were raised, we have received an undertaking from the noble Earl in a letter of 21st June relating to the satisfactory results of certain matters. We are quite happy to accept the undertaking which has already 1729 been placed in the Library of both Houses. We welcome the improvement of the Bill during the various stages in your Lordships' House, and in these circumstances we support the Motion.
