§ The Principal Deputy Chairman of Committees (Baroness Serota)My Lords, I have to inform your Lordships that Her Majesty has been pleased to determine the abeyance of the Barony of Wharton in favour of Myrtle Olive Felix Robertson. The Barony fell into abeyance in 1974, on the death of her mother Elizabeth Dorothy, Baroness Wharton. The noble Baroness now attends at the Bar with her writ of summons to take her seat.
