§ Lord Ross of NewportMy Lords, I beg to present a Petition from Wildlife Link and some 80 other organisations plus 22 prominent individual conservationists concerned with the protection of the environment which prays that this House will delete Part VII from the Environmental Protection Bill pending further discussion and consultation on the future arrangements for nature conservation and countryside protection in the context of the environment White Paper.
