§ Moved, That any Petitions relating to such Bills presented in the last Session shall stand referred to the committees on the Bills in the present Session; and that the last day for the deposit of a Petition against such Bills shall be the day following the day on which the Bills are brought from the Commons—(The Chairman of Committees.)
