§ Viscount DavidsonMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that Her Majesty the Queen will open the new Session of Parliament on Tuesday, 21st November. The date of Prorogation of the present Session will be subject to the progress of business, but it is expected that the House will sit into the week beginning Monday, 13th November.
