§ Lord HeskethMy Lords, this is simply a drafting amendment to correct an erroneous cross-reference. It ensures that a ratepayer's appeal against a completion notice served on him by a charging authority can be heard by a valuation and community charge tribunal. I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 22 to Lords Amendment No. 21.
