  1. (a) after "section 66" there is inserted "or subsection (1) of section 66A", and
  2. (b) for "that subsection" there is substituted "either of those subsections".'

473 Page 230, line 33, leave out 'paragraph (a)' and insert 'paragraphs (a) and (b)'.

474 Page 230, line 42, at end insert — `(b) in section 67(4) the references to subsection (1) of section 66 and subsection (1) of section 66A shall be construed as references to those subsections as modified in accordance with paragraph (a) or (aa), of this subsection;".'

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 471 to 474. The substantive amendment here is Amendment No. 472, which is consequential on the new Section 66A introduced into the Fair Trading Act under Clause 121 of the Bill and dealing with creeping acquisitions. Amendments Nos. 471, 473 and 474 all flow from Amendment No. 472.
