§ 304 After Clause 159, insert the following new clause —
§ 'Offers of short-dated debentures.
§ . In section 195 of the Financial Services Act 1986 (circumstances in which certain offers of debentures not treated as offers to the public), for "repaid within less than one year of the date of issue" substitute "repaid within five years of the date of issue".'.
