1071§ Lord Fraser of CarmyllieMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 271.
This amendment adds a reference to the members of the governing body of a recognised investment exchange of a recognised clearing house to the list of persons in Clause 152(3) to whom the immunity confirmed by the subsection applies. This simply brings the provisions into line with analogous provisions in Section 187 of the Financial Services Act in Clause 46(1) of the Bill.
