My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 178. In moving this amendment, I wish to speak also to Amendments Nos. 451, 452 and 466. Although Amendment No. 178 is to Clause 113, this group of amendments is concerned with the subject matter of Part IV of the Bill —the registration of company charges. The amendments are largely consequential on the new clauses in Part IV that we discussed when considering Amendment No. 129.
