§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 34 and 35. I shall speak also to Amendments Nos. 97 and 98. The amendments remove an unnecessary reference in the Bill to the Adoption (Scotland) Act. That Act is sufficient to secure the necessary result.
