209 Clause 59, page 54, line 20, at end insert:—
'(2A) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1)(a) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
(2B) A person guilty of an offence.under subsection (1)(b), (c) or (g) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.'.
