§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their amendments Nos. 134 to 136.
I shall speak at the same time to Amendment No. 154. These are technical amendments which would extend the list of proceedings in Clause 35(6) under which a guardian ad litem may be appointed in accordance with subsection (1).
Amendment No. 134 rectifies an omission by including a reference to proceedings under Clause 34(4) under which those who are entitled to apply for the discharge of a care order may apply for the order to be substituted by a supervision order.
Amendment No. 135 adds proceedings under Part V. They are currently found in Clause 37(12), which Amendment No. 154 amends accordingly.
Amendment No. 136 adds to the list appeals against the refusal of an application under Clause 34(4) and the making or refusal to make an order under Part V.
