91 Clause 26, page 23, line 6, leave out from 'means' to end of line 9 and insert—

  1. '(a) the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and any of its officers; and
  2. (b) any person authorised by order of the Secretary of State to bring proceedings under this section and any officer of a body which is so authorised.'.

92 Page 23, line 22, after 'means' insert `(subject to section 75(1))'.

93 Clause 27, page 23, line 28, leave out from 'for' to 'shall' in line 31 and insert 'an order under this Part'.

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 91 to 93. I have already spoken to Amendments Nos. 91 and 92 with Amendment No. 83 and Amendment No. 93 with Amendment No. 1. I therefore propose to move these three amendments en bloc.
