§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 155. This amendment deals with a point raised by the noble and learned Lord, Lord Elwyn-Jones, suggesting that a constable should take the steps described in the amendment.
