141 Before Clause 36, page, 32, line 25, leave out from beginning to 'as' in line 28, and insert— '(3) Where an emergency protection order is in force with respect to a child, the applicant (a) shall only exercise the power given by virtue of subsection (2)(b) in order to safeguard the welfare of the child; (aa) shall take and shall only take such action in meeting his parental responsibility for the child.'.
