§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 22. This is a minor amendment. It clarifies which Minister is to make the regulations under Clause 6(2) concerning welfare reports. Noble Lords will not be surprised to discover that the choice has fallen on the Lord Chancellor.
