§ Lord StrathclydeMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 13. I shall also speak to Amendments Nos. 15 and 366. These amendments change provisions relating to the directors' report. Amendments Nos. 15 and 366 extend the disclosure in the directors' report of a director's interests in a company's shares and in the shares of other group companies so as to cover rights and obligations to subscribe to shares—principally share options which are increasingly granted to directors. Amendment No. 13 corrects a small defect in the offence provisions in new Section 234. I beg to move.
