It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Water Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour, and that during this adjournment the Summer Time Order 1989 and the Social Security Miscellaneous Provisions Regulations 1989 will be taken.
