§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Report stage of the Companies Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Civil Legal Aid (Matrimonial Proceedings) Regulations 1989, the Legal Aid (Functions) Order 1989 and the Legal Advice and Assistance (Scope) Regulations 1989, will be taken.
