§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Third Reading of the Water Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Third Reading of the Control of Smoke Pollution Bill and the Second Reading of the Pesticides (Fees and Enforcement) Bill will be taken.
