§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. this afternoon my noble friend Lord Ferrers will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement to be made in another place on the future of commercial television.
It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Report stage of the Water Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour. During this adjournment the Second Reading of the International Parliamentary Organisations (Registration) Bill will be taken.
