The Commons proposed the following consequential amendments to the Bill:

5 Page 32, line 4, leave out "and".

6 Page 32, line 6, at end insert "and (c) the levels of performance achieved by such suppliers in connection with the promotion of the efficient use of electricity by consumers.

7 Page 32, line 14, after "39", insert "or (Promotion of efficient use of electricity)".

8 Page 32, line 15, leave out "overall".
