My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon, my noble friend Lord Ferrers will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on war crimes that is to be made in another place. This will be followed by my noble friend Lady Hooper who will, again with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement on electricity privatisation.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Local Government and Housing Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour, and that during this adjournment there will be a consolidated debate on 15 Motions for annulment in the name of the noble Lord, Lord McIntosh of Haringey.
