16 Schedule 3, page 31, line 2, at beginning insert— ' In section 23 of the 1988 Act (restriction on carriage of persons on motor cycles), for the words "two-wheeled motor cycle" in both places where they occur, there shall be substituted the words "motor bicycle".'.

17 Page 32, line 36, leave out 'two-wheeled motor cycle' and insert 'motor bicycle without a side-car'. .

18 Page 32, line 45, after 'subsection (3)', insert—

  1. '(i) in paragraph (b), for the words "motor cycle" there shall be substituted the words "motor bicycle without a side-car," and
  2. (ii)'. .

19 Page 32, line 47, leave out 'two-wheeled motor cycle' and insert 'motor bicycle'. .

20 Page 34, line 42, leave out 'two-wheeled motor cycle' and insert 'motor bicycle'. .
