My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon, my noble friend Lord Henley will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement to be made in the other place on community care. It may be for the convenience of your Lordships to know that the Report stage of the Social Security Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for about an hour and that during that adjournment the Third Reading of the Cardiff Bay Barrage Bill will be taken.
