My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I tell the House that after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Glenarthur will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on Hong Kong. It may also be for the convenience of your Lordships to know that the Report stage of the Electricity Bill will be adjourned at about seven o'clock for about an hour and that during this adjournment the Third Reading of the International Parliamentary Organisations (Registration) Bill will be taken.
