My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. this afternoon my noble friend Lord Hesketh will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is being made in another place on the National Health Service Review. It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Companies Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour. During this adjournment the Electricity and Pipe-line Works (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1988 and the Harbour Works (Assessment of Environmental Effects) (No. 2) Regulations 1988 will be taken.
