My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lord Trefgarne will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on relations with Iran.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Companies Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Nature Conservation and Amenity Lands (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 and the Laganside Development (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 will be taken.
