§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Report stage of the Official Secrets Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Second Reading of the Brunei (Appeals) Bill, the Advice and Assistance (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1989 and the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1989 will be taken.
