12 Clause 13, page 15, line II, leave out subsection (2)

The Commons disagreed to this amendment but proposed the following amendment to the words so restored to the Bill:

13 Page 15, line 13, leave out from beginning to 'after' in line 18.

Lord Belstead rose to move, That the House do not insist on their amendment numbered 12 to which the Commons have disagreed and do agree with the Commons in their amendment numbered 13 to the words so restored to the Bill.

The noble Lord said: My Lords, I beg to move.
