§ Lord StrathclydeMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 110 and 111. It was never intended that tribunal jurisdiction should extend to a licence offered by a single company concerning collected works produced by their employees. Amendments Nos. 110 and 111 will ensure that this does not occur.
