75 Clause 75, page 29, line 25, at end insert— '(g) section 57 (anonymous or pseudonymous works: acts permitted on assumptions as to expiry of copyright or death of author).'.

76 Page 29, line 35, leave out from 'to' to 'in' in line 38 and insert—

  1. '(a) a work in which Crown copyright or Parliamentary copyright subsists, or
  2. (b) a work in which copyright originally vested'.
