158 Clause 153, page 65, line 25, leave out subsection (2) and insert—

'(2) As from the date on which it ceases to be a colony it shall cease to be regarded as a country to which this Part extends for the purposes of—

  1. (a) section 155(2)(a) (denial of copyright protection to citizens of countries not giving adequate protection to British works), and
  2. (b) sections (Crown copyright) and (Parliamentary copyright) (Crown and Parliamentary copyright).'.
