§ Lord Young of GraffhamMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 18. With leave, I shall also speak to Amendments Nos. 112, 112A, 120, 129, 130 and 303. These are drafting amendments which reflect a number of changes made or proposed to be made to Chapter VII of Part I. Amendment No. 112A is an addition to those made by the Commons to deal with a drafting error that was overlooked at that stage. We shall come to the substantive amendments in due course.
