My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Education Reform Bill will be adjourned at 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour. During the adjournment the Third Reading of the Eastbourne Harbour Bill and the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1988 will be taken.
